Sally De Forest Chapter NSDAR participates in Wreaths Across America.

What began in 1992 with a trailer load of wreaths, decorated by volunteers, and laid at the graves of fallen soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery, has now become a national organization with over 1200 participating locations - all focused on the mission to: Remember - Honor - and Teach.

The Wreaths Across America foundation is carried out in part by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington, as well as at veterans’ cemeteries and other locations in all 50 states.

Our chapter participates in this event to place wreaths on the graves of service men and women at our local cemetery.
